Supporting comfort during prolonged chair-based treatment
Patients receiving oncology, dialysis and other prolonged chair-based treatments may remain seated for several hours at a time. During extended chair time, maintaining warmth, comfort and ease of clinical access can become increasingly important to the overall treatment experience.
Snhug Sit® was developed to address a simple but overlooked problem:
Traditional blankets are meant for beds, not extended chair time.
Snhug Sit® is designed to support warmth and comfort during extended chair-based treatment sessions. Designed to be used while remaining seated, it allows warmth and coverage to be adjusted while maintaining clinical access during treatment.
Protected by a registered WIPO design and U.S. design patent.

Extended chair time creates different comfort needs
Once someone is seated, blankets can slip, bunch, require frequent adjustment or become awkward to manage around treatment equipment and lines.

Patients may need:
- Warmth that does not interfere with clinical access
- Comfort during prolonged chair time
- A design that can be put on, opened or adjusted while seated
- Freedom of movement without repeated blanket repositioning
- Preservation of dignity while maintaining ease of clinical access
For patients receiving treatment, this can affect more than warmth. It can also affect dignity, ease of access and patient experience.
Designed to work while seated

Snhug Sit was created to provide warmth while supporting ease of access during treatment, making it suitable for chair-based treatment environments where warmth and access both matter.
Designed to be put on while seated, Snhug Sit can be pulled up over the legs and body without the disruption often caused by repositioning traditional blankets around treatment equipment or lines.

The built-in foot pocket helps maintain warmth around the feet particularly during long treatment sessions where maintaining comfort can become increasingly important.
Snhug Sit's openable design allows patients to adjust warmth while remaining seated throughout treatment.

Supporting comfort, dignity and access
Small practical details can make a meaningful difference to patient comfort and overall treatment experience during care delivery.
For patients returning week after week, comfort and patient experience become part of the care journey itself.
